Claire has an extensive business background and is a well-respected Leadership Consultant and Business Improvement Specialist. Claire’s focus is on transforming organisational culture, leadership and management teams and individuals across a broad spectrum of companies and industries.

A trained Mediator with the Dispute Resolution Branch (DRB) Department of Justice and Attorney General, Claire is also a qualified counsellor and DiSC accredited; NLP certified and has been a successful Business Owner.

Claire is fulfilling her passion of transforming businesses. In her role she has had the privilege of providing leadership and management training to teams of professionals making a difference to businesses across Australia.

After an international corporate career managing large marketing teams in North America and Asia, Claire then went on to own two recruitment companies in Australia servicing the USA and UAE. After the sale of these businesses, Claire started the successful Management Consulting, Treeti Business Consulting company.

Claire brings with her 23 years’ experience of working nationally and internationally on director, management and operations levels in companies across a multitude of industries with specific expertise as a Leadership Consultant and Business Improvement Specialist.

Previous industries she has worked with are manufacturing, retail, allied health, international trade, recruitment and hospitality. She has also trained in a variety of management methodologies and professional development practices.
